He is a pure bred english black lab and loves to cuddle (as you can see). We got him saturday afternoon outside of sportsman's warehouse. He was the last one of his litter, 8 weeks old and this little butter ball and we fell in love with him. We bought him from a lady who lives on a farm about an hour away. He was a great deal and we couldn't pass him up. Thankfully, tracey was here and my mom and jenna had off for spring break so they could watch him while I worked 2 days this week. He's a good boy even if I have to get up with him 2-3 times a night cause he's potty training :) He sure is smart and I can't believe how big he's gotten even since saturday.
My in-laws come into town tomorrow for a week and i know they will just fall in love with him.
We did experience his first vet appointment a couple days ago which was a little traumatic. Poor little guy was sick with some bacterial thing and had to get on some antibiotics. But he is doing much better now. Unfortunately, he doesn't like his beef flavored antibiotics so J has to open his mouth and throw it down. Probably not the best way to go about it but it works.
